WE’RE HIRING
SHOP MANAGER
The opportunity to lead teams across our growing retail business in Bali.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor sales performance and achieve sales targets.
• Oversee daily shop operations and ensure excellent customer service.
• Lead, coach, and motivate SPG teams.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and discipline.
• Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising meet standards.
• Handle customer complaints and operational issues.
• Coordinate with related departments and prepare regular reports.
ABOUT YOU
• Minimum 2 years’ retail experience (preferably in a supervisory or management role).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Sales-driven, proactive, and customer-oriented.
• Able to manage multiple shops and travel between assigned locations in Bali.
• Good English communication skills.
• Disciplined, responsible, and willing to learn.
