We are looking for a responsible, professional, and hospitality-minded Villa Manager to join our team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in villa, hotel, or hospitality management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong knowledge of daily villa operations and guest services.
  • Able to handle guest complaints and solve problems professionally.
  • Good understanding of OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Airbnb, etc.
  • Experience with reservations, room availability, rates, and basic revenue management.
  • Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Able to work independently and make effective decisions.
  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
  • Honest, responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Pleasant personality with a strong passion for hospitality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee daily villa operations and ensure smooth service.
  • Manage and supervise villa staff.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service, and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest check-in, check-out, requests, and complaints.
  • Manage reservations, OTA platforms, and room availability.
  • Monitor villa maintenance and coordinate with relevant teams.
  • Assist with sales, marketing, promotions, and guest relations.
  • Prepare operational reports and monitor daily performance.
  • Build good relationships with guests, suppliers, and business partners.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Previous experience managing a boutique villa or luxury property.
  • Knowledge of the Ubud/Bali hospitality market.
  • Sales and marketing experience is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Positive attitude and ability to lead by example.
