CORPORATE SALES & MARKETING MANAGER
COZ Management is looking for an exceptional commercial leader to shape and lead the next stage of growth across our expanding hospitality portfolio. This is not simply an OTA management role. We are looking for someone who can build commercial strategy, drive revenue, grow direct bookings, develop partnerships, and elevate the COZ brand.
YOUR MISSION
- Lead Corporate E-Commerce, Sales & Marketing
- Grow Direct Booking & overall revenue performance
- Build high-value B2B, corporate & travel partnerships
- Develop digital marketing and commercial campaigns
- Optimize OTA distribution and channel profitability
- Work closely with Revenue Management & Operations
- Turn market insights into measurable commercial results
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A senior hospitality professional who is:
Strategic. Commercial. Analytical. Creative. Driven.
With proven experience in hotel, resort, villa or hospitality sales & e-commerce, strong OTA knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for building businesses not just managing channels.
