ASSISTANT MANAGER
Responsible for these main tasks :
- To assist the Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the padel club, ensuring smooth operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standars across all facilities and staff performance.
- Support and coordinate padel events, tournaments, social games, and community activities
- Help build strong relationships with padel communities, business partners and regular customers.
Qualifications :
- Minimum D3 or Bachelor Degree.
- At least 1 year of experience in hospitality, sports, or operations management.
- Proficient in computer applications and booking system.
- Fluent in English

Responsible for these main tasks :
- Sebagai frontliner, menyambut tamu dan melakukan transaksi terkait sewa lapangan, sewa peralatan dan penjualan merchandise.
- Mengelola pencatatan operasional sewa lapangan, pemasukan / penjualan merchandise.
- Menarik data yang diperlukan perusahaan untuk membantu dalam peningkatan revenue.
- Membantu operasional lainnya terkait keperluan perusahaan.
Qualifications :
- Pendidikan minimal Diploma dengan kemampuan bahasa Inggris.
- Mampu mengoperasikan program microsoft dan belajar program yang diperlukan.
- Bersedia bekerja sistem shift dan waktu kerja flexible.
- Cekatan, sehat fisik dan mental, dan proaktif.

MARKETING & BUSINESS RELATIONS
to attract more customers and increase revenue
Responsible for these main tasks :
- Increase awareness and acquire new customers
- Increase court occupancy and thus increase revenue
- Build loyalty existing customers by creating programs or activities
- Build padel community
- Build partnerships and collaborate with brands, hotels, corporates, influencers etc.
- Measure marketing performance
- Create simple, engaging marketing materials such as posters, presentations and promotional contents.
Qualifications :
- 1 year experience in marketing preferably in sports.
- Diploma 3 or university graduate
- Fluent in English
- Hardworking, friendly, good communication skills
- Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing, basic knowledge of Canva, Instagram, TikTok or other digital platforms.
- Proactive, organized, and target oriented
- Passionate about sports.
