Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and assist them with seating and menu selection.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set.
Check on guests regularly and respond to their requests.
Provide accurate information about menu items and promotions.
Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service.
Process bills and payments accurately when required.
Maintain cleanliness and follow hygiene and service standards.
Requirements:
Friendly, polite, and customer-focused.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Basic to good English communication skills.
Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality industry is preferred. | Minimum high school education or equivalent.
