INDONATURE TRAVEL is a fast-growing B2B travel company focused on sustainable tourism across Indonesia. We collaborate with travel agencies from Spain, Portugal, and Latin America, and organize tailor-made trips throughout the archipelago.
To strengthen our finance team, we are currently hiring another Operation & Reservasi (Bookings), to join our Bali office (Gianyar).
QUALIFICATION
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in Operations or Reservations within an Inbound Travel Agency / DMC in Bali or Indonesia.
- Traits & Skills: Highly agile, fast-paced worker with strong problem-solving skills under pressure during flight delays, natural events, or last-minute changes.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to seamlessly collaborate with our internal sales/quotation team and external suppliers.
- Languages: Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken) is required. Spanish or other European languages are a strong plus.
- Destination Knowledge: Solid knowledge of Indonesian destinations (Java, Bali, Lombok, Komodo, Sumatra).
- Tech Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Google Docs, Google Sheets, messaging tools (WhatsApp Business), and travel booking engines.
TASKS
- Reservations & Ticketing, Follow-up & Quality Assurance, Disruption & Crisis Management, Supplier Relations, and Team Alignment & Operations Support

To strengthen our finance team, we are currently hiring another Accounting Staff, to be specialized in Account Receivable, to join our Bali office (Gianyar).
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Brevet A&B is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting and tax reporting in Indonesia.
- Strong knowledge of Applicable Indonesian Accounting & Tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
- Used to work with apps/system
- Responsible, honest person
TASKS
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
