- 3+ years of restaurant / hospitality Management experience
- Strong leadership & team management skills
- Excellent communication & guest service
- Experienced in daily restaurant operations
- Strong problem-solving & decision-making skills
- Knowledge of cost control & inventory management
- Passionate about food, hospitality & community
- Hands-on, energetic & positive attitude
- Fluent in English
- Bali hospitality experience is a plus
