IT – AI SPECIALIST
WORK LOCATION: Jl Labuansait Uluwatu
Leverage technology and AI to streamline our restaurant and lifestyle operations and create smarter solutions that enhance guest experiences and drive business growth.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT / AI / Data Science, preferably in F&B, hospitality or lifestyle industry.
- Proficient in Python, SQL, and at least one AI/ML framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
- Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics.
- Experience in developing or integrating technology solutions that improve operations or customer experiences is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement AI-based solutions to improve operational efficiency and optimize guest experiences.
- Collect, process and analyze data to support business decisions and forecasting.
- Build dashboards, automation and smart systems to support daily operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and apply them to real business needs.

Help tell our story and grow our brands.
Lead impactful campaigns across our restaurants and lifestyle venues that attract guests, build communities, and drive meaningful results.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), preferably in F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle industry.
- Strong understanding of campaign strategy, targeting, budgeting and performance analysis.
- Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, Conversion API, and related tools.
- Experience creating content briefs and working with creative teams.
- Data-oriented with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, execute and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across restaurants and lifestyle brands.
- Analyze performance and create regular reports with actionable insights.
- Manage advertising budget effectively and maximize ROAS.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop engaging ad content.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platforms updates and best practices in digital advertising.
