LOCATION
Jl. Raya Semat, Tibubeneng,
North Kuta District,
Badung Regency, Bali, Indonesia
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information
- Manage scheduling and coordinate with departments
- Perform administrative tasks and data management
- Maintain confidentiality and support daily operations
- Assist in urgent situations and ensure smooth workflow
QUALIFICATIONS
- Male or Female
- Min. High School Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & computer applications
- Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in operator, receptionist, or similar role is a plus
