– Literacy & Numeracy Support Facilitator
– EdTech Senior Facilitator.
These full-time roles will support teachers and
students across our partner schools in delivering
literacy, numeracy, and EdTech programmes.
We’re looking for candidates with a background in
education or a related field, strong communication and
facilitation skills, and an interest in education and
technology. For the Senior Facilitator role, experience
in training, leadership, facilitation, or programme
implementation is an advantage.

LITERACY & NUMERACY SUPPORT FACILITATOR
For Primary School Teachers
Train, and mentor Grade 1–2 government school teachers and headmasters in delivering BCF’s EdTech curriculum for early grade literacy and numeracy.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Deliver practical teacher training and onboarding
- Observe classrooms and provide mentoring
- Support literacy & numeracy through EdTech
- Provide basic tablet and technical support
- Monitor implementation and prepare reports
- Support parent engagement and school partnerships
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, PGSD, Educational Technology, Psychology, English Education, or related field
- Experience in teacher facilitation, training, or education technology
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong planning, reporting, and teamwork abilities
- Willing to travel to remote program areas
- Able to ride a motorcycle
- Willing to relocate to Bali if not Bali-based
