Hope for Pain Relief Bali is growing — and we’re looking for new people to join our team.

We bring a pain management approach from the US to Bali, focused on a non-invasive and non-opioid care to help people move and live better.

Location: Nusa Dua, Bali

Front Desk Officer

JOB DESC

  • Communicate with patients warmly, empathetically, and clearly
  • Manage appointments, patient check-ins, registrations, and records
  • Handle daily administration and cashier reconciliation
  • Coordinate with medical and operational teams
  • Assist with patient inquiries and day-to-day front desk operations

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma (D3); Healthcare Management/Administration preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in healthcare, hospitality, customer service, or administration
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and digital booking systems; EHR/EMR experience is an advantage
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Friendly, reliable, and professional
  • Basic medical/anatomy terminology knowledge is an advantage

Physiotherapist

JOB DESC

  • Provide patient-centered physiotherapy assessment and treatment
  • Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
  • Educate patients on pain management, movement, and prevention
  • Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals
  • Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation

REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi)
  • Bachelor’s degree and Physiotherapy Professional Program (Profesi Fisioterapis)
  • Strong clinical knowledge and physiotherapy skills
  • Strong English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills
  • Able to communicate treatment plans and instructions clearly to international patients
  • Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused
  • Willing to learn and adapt to our US-based pain management approach
