• Troubleshoot and carry out minor repairs for electrical, plumbing, Pool, AC, and mechanical systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues and facility emergencies.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and proper maintenance records.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in MEP, building maintenance, Pool or facility maintenance preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, AC, and mechanical systems.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and safety-conscious.

• Welcome and assist members in the recovery area.
• Ensure sauna, steam room, and recovery facilities are clean and well-maintained.
• Monitor equipment, temperature, and facility conditions.
• Maintain safety, hygiene, and guest comfort standards.
• Take beverage orders from coworking members and coordinate with the Bar team.
• Deliver beverages and ensure accurate and timely service.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous hospitality, wellness, or customer service experience preferred.
• Fluent in English, Good communication and guest service skills.
• Well-groomed, attentive, and service-oriented.
• Knowledge of basic safety and hygiene standards.
