MENGWI, BALI / MON-SAT / 45 HOURS PER WEEK

FLUENT ENGLISH REQUIRED
Excellent spoken and written English is essential.

YOUR ROLE

  • Prepare quotations and follow up enquiries within 2 hours in English and Indonesian.
  • Manage CRM, update client data and daily to-do lists.
  • Handle daily WhatsApp communication after the client has paid.
  • Support Senior Planners with supplier bookings and administrative tasks.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Female Indonesian candidates.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, responsive and proactive.
  • Enjoy working on a laptop; able to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Physically and mentally healthy; able to ride a scooter.
  • Experience in administration, customer service or weddings is preferred.

  • Enjoy working outdoors; flexible with working hours and able to ride a scooter.
  • Physically and mentally healthy.
  • Experience in events or weddings and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.
