Full Time Villa Attendant
Primary Responsibilities:
- Clean and ensure all the villa features function properly
- Coordinating concierge services
- Assisting guests
- Report to Management Team
Criteria:
- Team player
- Hospitality minded
- 1-2 years minimum of experience in a luxury hotel or villa
- Fluent in English
- Residing in Bali
- Willing to be placed in Seminyak, Petitenget, or Canggu
Work System:
- Schedule: 6 days/week
- Working Hours: 8 hours/day (including: 1 hour for break)
- Others benefits will be provided after 3 months of adaptive training

Criteria:
- Have experience in a similar position
- Able to communicate in English (speaking, writing, and understanding)
- Good knowledge and skill in basic housekeeping techniques
- Honest, detailed, communicative, disciplined, and responsible
- Residing in Bali
- Willing to be placed in Seminyak, Petitenget, or Canggu

Enthusiastic Concierge for fast-growing villa management.
Required 1 year experience in the same field and an excellent level of written and spoken English.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Help guests arrange tours, activities, breakfast, dinner, and local experiences.
- Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and villa operations team.
- Communicate with guests through WhatsApp, phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Respond to guest requests, questions, and special needs.
- Provide guests with accurate and practical recommendations.
- Create, issued, and organize invoices for the guest.
- Handle guest complaints and requests professionally.
