QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail, preferably in fashion or lifestyle stores.
Previous experience in a supervisory or store management position is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Able to manage daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Good understanding of sales targets, sales performance, and retail KPIs.
Experienced in inventory management, stock control, and stocktaking.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Able to handle customer complaints professionally.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting.
Responsible, detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
Fluent in English is an advantage.
