REQUIREMENTS
- Male/Female
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SPA, Salon, or Hospitality
- Supervisor/Team Leader experience is a plus
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Customer-service oriented and able to handle complaints
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible
- Willing to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
- Willing to be placed in Canggu / Renon
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily SPA operations
- Lead and manage therapists & staff
- Ensure services meet SOP and quality standards
- Handle customer needs and complaints
- Manage staff schedules and task allocation
- Monitor cleanliness, inventory, and SPA readiness
- Prepare operational reports and team evaluations
- Support sales targets and customer satisfaction
SALARY
Basic salary + Target bonus

REQUIREMENTS
- Male/Female
- Minimum 1 year of experience in SPA, Salon, or Massage Therapy
- Skilled in massage techniques and body treatments
- Knowledge of reflexology is a plus
- Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible
- Good communication skills
- Willing to be placed in Canggu / Renon
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform massage treatments, reflexology, and body treatments
- Ensure service quality meets SPA SOP and standards
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure SPA readiness
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable treatments
- Maintain professionalism and customer satisfaction
