KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cook and prepare food along with the team
- Manage daily kitchen operations and food quality
- Lead and train the kitchen team
- Control stock, preparation and kitchen efficiency
REQUIREMENTS
- 2–3+ years of professional kitchen experience (Sous Chef, CDP or Senior Cook)
- Experience supervising and training kitchen staff
- Good understanding of food preparation, recipe standardization and food safety
- Reliable, punctual and committed to the work schedule
- Good English communication skills
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn the Syrve system
