SECURITY TEAM
Tropically is looking for a responsible, alert, and professional Security Staff to join our property operations team in Bali.
LOCATION: Bali
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain security and safety of the property.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and surrounding areas.
- Conduct regular property patrols.
- Monitor CCTV and report any suspicious activity.
- Control access of guests, staff, vendors, and contractors.
- Maintain security and incident logs.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and security incidents.
- Assist the operational team when required.
- Ensure property rules and security procedures are followed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience as a security officer, preferably in a hotel, villa, or hospitality environment.
- Security certification (Gada Pratama) is preferred.
- Physically fit and medically able to perform security duties.
- Alert, disciplined, honest, and responsible.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to remain calm and professional in difficult situations.
- Willing to work shifts, including night shifts.
- Based in Bali.
