  1. Min 2-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, premium retail, wellness or a similar client-facing role.
  2. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  3. Confidence in presenting and selling premium products.
  4. Professional English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  5. Good organization and consistent follow-up.
  6. Willingness to learn technical product information.
  7. Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, email and basic CRM tools.
