YOGA & MEDITATION TEACHER

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Yoga Teacher, Instructor, Meditation Teacher, or in a similar wellness role.
• BNYS degree and certified yoga qualification.
• Strong practical knowledge of yoga, meditation, breathwork, relaxation, and mindfulness.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, patient, professional, and client-oriented.
• Passionate about yoga, meditation, and holistic wellbeing.
• Able to adapt sessions for clients of different experience levels, abilities, and needs.
• Additional therapeutic skills or experience beyond yoga are an advantage.

BENEFICIAL

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Yogic Sciences or a related field.
• Knowledge of or interest in Ayurveda.
• Therapeutic skills other than yoga, such as sports massage.
• Ability to conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients.
