Responsibilities
• Support program preparation and on-ground execution.
• Manage admin, trackers, participant data, and basic finance.
• Monitor equipment, materials, inventory, and restocking.
• Handle scheduling, inquiries, and vendor/partner coordination.
• Support program documentation and daily operations.
Requirements:
• Friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office & Google Workspace.

Requirements:

• Good writing and communication skills.
• Familiar with photo/video editing tools.
• Comfortable with on-ground shooting.
• Have a smartphone suitable for quality photo and video content.
• Organized and able to meet deadlines.

• Complete Kultara’s storyteller training program.
• Lead and engage with travellers during tours and experiences.
• Share engaging stories about Bali’s art, culture, and history.
• Create a welcoming and memorable experience for guests.
Requirements:
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication and hospitality skills.
• Passionate about Bali’s art, culture, and history.
• Enjoy meeting and engaging with new people.
• Willing to complete the required training.
• Open to undergraduates and fresh graduates.
• Own communication device and personal transportation.
• Based in Bali.
