WE ARE HIRING
OPERATIONAL OFFICER
(KEROBOKAN AREA)

Responsibilities:

• Manage internal team and external communication channels effectively.
• Ensure product quality and oversee order management processes to meet required standards.
• Perform regular inventory tracking, stocktaking, and stock management.
• Operate and manage daily Point of Sale (POS) operations.
• Oversee daily operations while leading and coordinating the operational team.
• Maintain strong customer relations and handle feedback or complaints professionally.

Qualifications:

• Male.
• Minimum of 2 years of operations or management experience in F&B.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, honest, and experienced in inventory management and POS systems.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to work on-site in Kerobokan, Bali.
