Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and coordination across departments housekeeping and Maintenance.
- Handle escalated guest complaints and ensure effective solutions.
- Monitor staff performance, discipline, and productivity.
- Ensure facilities, equipment, and maintenance are properly managed.
- Monitor operational expenses and control costs.
- Coach, train, and develop operational teams.
- Improve SOPs, workflows, and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Well-organized, proactive and able to work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and high service standards.
