Officer / Controller
REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in PPIC, Production Planning, Production Control, Production Coordinator, or a related position at a manufacturing company.
- Understanding of production planning and control processes, production capacity, WIP, and order progress monitoring.
- Ability to process and analyze data using Microsoft Excel.
- Able to work quickly and remain calm when faced with changes in production priorities.
- Possess strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Assertive, responsible, demonstrate a sense of ownership, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and manage production plans and schedules based on orders and production capacity.
- Monitor order progress, work in progress (WIP), capacity, and any issues that arise during the production process.
- Adjust production priorities and plans according to actual conditions and needs.
- Identify potential delays and help develop solutions or recovery plans.
- Coordinate with the Production, Sales, QC, Warehouse, and other relevant departments.
- Ensure that all production-related data and reports are always accurate and up-to-date.

REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum education: D3 or S1 degree in a relevant field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Production Administration, Inventory, or a related position is a plus.
- Understanding of the fundamentals of the Quality Control process, particularly the quality inspection of finished goods.
- Ability to record and manage data from finished goods quality inspections.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to process, compile, and analyze Quality Control data.
- Ability to monitor the status and quality of finished goods.
- Meticulous, organized, and possessing strong administrative skills.
- Possesses strong communication and coordination skills with relevant departments.
- Honest, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Able to work toward targets and complete tasks by the specified deadlines.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Record and enter data on the results of finished goods quality inspections.
- Ensure that data on the results of finished goods quality inspections is recorded completely, accurately, and up-to-date.
- Monitor the status and quality of inspected finished goods.
- Compile data on finished goods, including products that meet standards, rejects, and those requiring correction.
- Update Quality Control data in accordance with actual conditions on the ground.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control, Production, Warehouse, and related departments regarding inspection results and the status of finished goods.

Drafter
Seeking a detail-oriented Drafter to join our team, creating accurate technical drawings for handmade ceramic tableware. Work closely with the Design and Production teams to ensure drawings are precise, compliant, and production-ready.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) in Building Drafting, Product Design, Architecture or a related field
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Suite
- High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required)
- Experience with SketchUp, Rhino, or other 3D design software is a big advantage
- Proactive, critical-thinking, organized, and able to work toward targets
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- Create technical drawings using Adobe Illustrator
- Revise technical drawings based on feedback from the Design team
- Ensure drawings comply with company standards and are production-ready
- Coordinate with the Design and Production teams throughout product development
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of files

REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience as a General Cashier, Accounting Cashier, or in a similar position.
- Understanding of the basics of accounting, cash recording, and financial reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Accurate, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems is a plus).
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Honest, responsible, and highly ethical.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work toward targets and meet deadlines.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive, count, and safeguard the company’s cash and non-cash transactions.
- Accurately record all cash receipts and disbursements.
- Prepare and make bank deposits according to schedule.
- Reconcile daily cash balances with the accounting system.
- Ensure that all transactions are supported by complete and valid documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash reports.
- Coordinate with the Accounting and Finance teams regarding transaction recording.
