RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Lead, train and motivate the team
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness and food safety standards
- Manage inventory, ordering and cost control
- Achieve sales and operational targets
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good understanding of F&B operations
- Able to work in a team and under pressure
- Passionate about hospitality and team development
SVP OUTLET (SUPERVISOR)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the manager in daily operations
- Supervise and coordinate outlet staff
- Ensure smooth service and kitchen operations
- Maintain quality, cleanliness and food safety
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Support team training and performance
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in F&B or supervisory role
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Detail oriented and responsible
- Able to work in a team and in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to learn and grow with the team
SENIOR COOK / CDP (CAN MAKE DESSERT)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Can prepare desserts, pastries and bakery items
- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Assist in menu preparation and development
- Supervise and support kitchen helpers
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years experience as Cook / CDP (any cuisine)
- Able to make dessert, pastry and bakery (value plus)
- Good cooking skills and knowledge of food safety
- Able to work in a team and follow standard recipes
- Disciplined, responsible and hardworking
- Passionate about food and continuous learning
