What you’ll do:

• Prepare and cook all menu items following our recipes and quality standards
• Handle daily food production from prep to service
• Maintain a clean, organized and efficient workstation at all times
• Follow strict food safety and hygiene protocols
• Assist with stock monitoring and proper FIFO rotation

• Experience in a professional kitchen
• Strong food prep and knife skills
• Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene

• Knows what respect means — for management, for the team, the food and the guests
• Passionate about real, clean food
• Basic English communication skills
• Based in or willing to relocate to Canggu
