Experience:
Entry level – 2 years experience in restaurant, japanese joint is a plus
Responsibility:
- Food prep and cooking: menyiapkan bahan, memasak, hingga membungkus dalam take-away box
- Kitchen sanitation: memastikan dapur tetap bersih setelah pulang kerja
- Inventory management: mengatur stok bahan baku secara periodik

HIRING — FRONT OF HOUSE
We are seeking a Senior Waitress / Waiter to join PUNKATSU, a Japanese-inspired katsu cafe focused on dine-in, takeaway, and delivery.
The role is hands-on, customer-focused, and responsible for keeping the daily floor operation running smoothly.
DETAILS
Experience:
1–2 years experience in restaurant / F&B
Japanese restaurant experience is a plus
Responsibility:
- Customer service: greeting guests, taking orders, serving food & drinks, and handling customer requests
- Floor operation: maintaining cleanliness, table setup, and overall dining area presentation
- Daily operation: assisting with opening / closing and keeping the floor running smoothly
- Stock: helping monitor and manage front-of-house supplies
- Teamwork: working closely with the existing cafe team and reporting to the Operations Manager
Language:
Indonesian & English
Japanese language is a plus

Friendly, responsible, well-presented, efficient, and comfortable taking charge of the floor when needed.
