REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Head Chef or Sous Chef in a restaurant or hotel
• Good knowledge of Asian and Western food
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Ability to lead, train, motivate and develop kitchen staff
• Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, cost control and food cost management
• Creative, organised and able to work under pressure
• Maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene and safety
• Good communication and problem solving skills
• Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
