HEAD ENGINEERING
Eat Company Group is looking for a Head of Engineering to oversee 3 of our prime F&B outlets in Bali.
SCOPE OF WORK
Facility & Equipment Maintenance
• Lead MEP operations and implement Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedules for heavy kitchen equipment (chillers, combi ovens, exhaust systems, gas lines).
• Ensure quick reactive repairs to prevent service downtime.
Utilities & Infrastructure
• Manage PLN grid connections, high-capacity Gensets, and UPS systems to guarantee uninterrupted power.
• Oversee water supply (WTP/RO systems), grease traps, and wastewater management (WWTP) according to Bali environmental standards.
Statutory Compliance & Vendors
• Supervise third-party contractors, negotiate service contracts, and manage spare parts inventory.
• Enforce K3 (Safety) standards and maintain local fire safety, electrical, and building permits.
Team & Budget Leadership
• Lead and schedule shift technicians and maintenance staff.
• Manage the engineering OPEX/CAPEX budgets for repairs and venue upgrades.
REQUIREMENTS
• Min. D3/S1 in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of F&B/Hospitality experience (beach clubs, hotels, or large restaurants), including 2+ years leading a team.
• Hands-on expertise in commercial kitchen gear, HVAC, Gensets, plumbing, and managing Bali-specific challenges (humidity, saltwater corrosion, power drops).
• Strong leadership, emergency problem-solving, and budget management.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with good working English; strong knowledge of K3 safety protocols and local permits.
