QUALIFICATION

• Minimum high school diploma (Hospitality background is an advantage).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in guest relations or front office, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Well-groomed, professional, friendly, and guest-oriented.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and complaint-handling skills.
• Available to join immediately.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome guests and provide assistance throughout their stay.
• Handle guest complaints, inquiries, and special requests professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
• Assist with check-in, check-out, and ongoing guest communication.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate guest records.
