📢 We’re Hiring: General Cashier Staff

Santai Stays is looking for a detail-oriented, organized,

and responsible General Cashier Staff to join our

growing team in Bali!

Responsibilities:

✔️ Record & categorize company transactions into the

correct Chart of Accounts (COA)

✔️ Maintain accurate financial records for all villas and

company operations

✔️ Process payments to vendors, suppliers,

freelancers, and business partners accurately & on

time

✔️ Manage complete filing & documentation of

invoices, payment records, and supporting documents

✔️ Monitor petty cash balances and arrange

replenishment when required

✔️ Maintain accounting records using the company’s

financial system

Requirements:

✔️ Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate

✔️ Honest, responsible, and able to maintain

confidentiality

✔️ Good communication and teamwork skills

✔️ Understanding of General Cashier duties and

bookkeeping

✔️ Experience using accounting software is a plus!

• Understanding of General Cashier and bookkeeping
• Experience using accounting software is an advantage
