About the Role
We’re looking for a General Affairs Support to keep our office running smoothly through effective coordination of facilities, logistics, procurement, and daily operations.
- Location: On-site (Sanur, Denpasar), with a preference for
- Bali-based candidates
- Nationality: Indonesian nationals only
What we expect from you
- Coordinate office operations and facilities.
- Manage procurement, vendors, and inventory.
- Coordinate travel and logistics for teams.
- Support project basecamp operations.
- Maintain operational records and reports.
- Assist with basic social media administration and documentation.
Your experience, skills and aptitudes
- Relevant experience
1-3 years of experience in General Affairs, Administration, or Operations. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Organized & detail-oriented
Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate records and well-organized operations.
- Strong coordination skills
Comfortable coordinating with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to support daily operations and projects.
- Proactive & solution-oriented
Able to identify operational issues, take initiative, and follow through until they’re resolved.
- Tech confident
Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office to support daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Values fit
Reliable, collaborative, and eager to contribute to a positive and sustainable workplace.
