FIELD SUPERVISOR (FULL-TIME)
We’re looking for someone who understands villa operations, maintains high cleanliness standards, coordinates field teams, and ensures every villa is guest-ready at all times.
About the Role
As a Field Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily villa operations and ensure each property meets our standards. This includes villa inspections, team coordination, deep-cleaning supervision, task follow-up, and handling operational issues to ensure smooth check-ins and comfortable guest stays.
FIELD SUPERVISOR (FULL-TIME)
Requirements
- Experience in villa, hotel, housekeeping, or property operations.
- Strong knowledge of deep cleaning and villa inspection standards.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, organised, and able to lead a team.
- Willing to work hands-on and with flexible hours when required.
- Own a motorbike and hold a valid driving licence.
- Familiar with Kerobokan, Seminyak, and Canggu.
- Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
FIELD SUPERVISOR (FULL-TIME)
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect villas and conduct final checks before guest check-in.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Pool, and Garden teams to ensure smooth check-ins and comfortable guest stays.
- Plan and supervise regular deep-cleaning schedules.
- Check bathrooms, kitchens, mattresses, sofas, glass, ceilings, storage rooms, and other often-overlooked areas.
- Train Housekeeping Staff on proper cleaning methods, chemical and equipment use, and the separation of cleaning tools by area.
- Assign tasks and ensure all work is completed on time and according to company standards.
- Respond to and coordinate urgent operational issues at the villas.
- Submit clear reports with photos and follow up until each task is completed.
