F&B MANAGER
Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations, including restaurant, bar, and beverage service.
- Manage and lead the F&B team to ensure excellent service standards and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase F&B revenue and achieve financial targets.
- Monitor food and beverage costs, inventory, stock control, and operational expenses.
- Ensure consistent food quality, beverage standards, and service excellence across all outlets.
- Develop bar menus, beverage offerings, and promotions to enhance guest experience and sales.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and prepare regular performance reports.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage management, preferably in hospitality, resorts, or restaurants.
- Strong background in bar operations, including beverage preparation, cocktail knowledge, and bar inventory management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and motivate a team.
- Good understanding of F&B cost control, budgeting, inventory management, and revenue optimization.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and guest experience management.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proactive, guest-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work in Ubud, Bali and available to start immediately

POOL MAINTENANCE ATTENDANT
At Onyx Park Resort Ubud, we are committed to maintaining clean, safe, and well-maintained facilities. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Pool Maintenance Attendant to join our team.
Responsibilities :
- Test water for pH, chlorine, and alkalinity levels.
- Add and handle pool chemicals safely.
- Skim leaves, vacuum pool floors, and brush pool walls.
- Empty skimmer and pump baskets.
- Clean and backwash filters.
- Check pumps, motors, heaters, and valves for any issues.
- Keep accurate records of chemical readings and maintenance activities.
- Report any equipment or maintenance issues promptly
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous pool maintenance experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of pool chemistry and mechanical systems.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
