CUSTOMER SERVICE
Qualification:
- High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree in communication, management, or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably at shopping mall
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Bilingual abilities (English and other languages) are a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional time-management skills
- Good coordination skill with other departments, build a great system, and team work
- Discipline, have sense of responsibility, and dignified appearance
- Preferably located in Bali

CONCIERGE (DOORMAN)
Requirements:
- Presentable Appearance: Must have a neat and attractive physical appearance, maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor
- Height and Physical Fitness: Minimum height of 170 cm, physically fit, and able to stand for extended periods
- Customer Service Skills: Friendly, polite, and able to provide excellent customer service
- Strong verbal communication skills, both in Indonesia and English
- Have previous experience in hospitality or retail, is preferred
- Able to work in a team and coordinate with other staff

CASHIER
Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat.
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai kasir (diutamakan di mall, retail, maupun restoran).
- Menguasai sistem POS dan metode pembayaran digital maupun tunai.
- Terbiasa dalam rekonsiliasi kas, closing harian, dan pelaporan penjualan.
- Dapat memberikan pelayanan prima kepada pelanggan serta menangani kendala transaksi secara profesional.
- Teliti, jujur, berintegritas, dan memiliki komunikasi yang baik.
- Bersedia bekerja dalam sistem shift, termasuk akhir pekan dan public holiday.
- Berkomitmen dalam proses rekrutmen.
