- Welcome and assist customers in the store
- Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
- Create a warm and pleasant customer experience
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the store
- Ensure the store is well-presented and ready for customers
- Represent Parallel Universe Jewelry in a professional manner
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Confident and comfortable communicating with international customers
- Friendly, warm, and approachable
- Well-presented and professional appearance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is a plus
