POSISI: COST CONTROLLER

REQUIREMENTS

1. Pendidikan minimal Diploma (D3) di bidang Akuntansi, Manajemen Keuangan, Perhotelan, atau bidang terkait.
2. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Hotel Cost Control, Cost Analyst, atau posisi sejenis di industri hospitality.
3. Mampu melakukan perhitungan dan analisis:
   • Food Cost
   • Beverage Cost
   • Material Cost
   • Recipe Costing
   • Menu Engineering (nilai tambah)
4. Memahami alur operasional pengendalian persediaan, meliputi:
   Receiving, Storekeeping, Issuing, Transfer antar departemen, Monthly Stock Opname, Inventory Reconciliation.
5. Memiliki kemampuan dalam menyusun:
   • Cost Analysis
   • Budgeting
   • Forecasting
   • Variance Analysis (Actual vs Standard Usage)
   • Daily, Weekly, dan Monthly Cost Report
6. Memiliki kemampuan analitis yang kuat, teliti, jujur, berintegritas tinggi, komunikatif, serta mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan memenuhi target waktu pelaporan.
7. Memahami standar operasional hospitality industri, pengendalian internal (internal control), serta praktik terbaik dalam pengendalian biaya di industri hospitality.

Job Vacancy – Head Butler
HANDARA GOLF & RESORT BALI

We are seeking an exceptionally polished, discreet, and experienced Head Butler to set up and manage the daily operations of luxury villas. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of traditional butler duties, high-end hospitality, while demonstrating modern leadership and administrative skills to oversee a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities

• Staff Leadership & Management
  Supervise, mentor, and schedule the household staff. Conduct regular training on household standards, service etiquette, and discretion.
• Formal Service & Hospitality
  Personally attend to the principals and high-profile guests with intuitive, anticipatory service.
• Household Administration
  Maintain precise inventories and household consumables. Coordinate vendors, contractor schedules, and general logistics.
• Guest Relations & Concierge
  Manage formal arrivals and departures, coordinate luggage handling, and fulfill tailored requests for family members and distinguished guests.
• Wardrobe & Valet Care
  Oversee specialized care, cleaning, and storage of fine garments, luxury apparel, leather goods, and jewelry.
• Event Coordination
  Work closely with chefs and external vendors to plan, set up, and execute private dinners, receptions, and events.
• Travel & Itinerary Management
  Coordinate travel logistics, packing arrangements, and transit itineraries for the family.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of verifiable experience as Senior Butler in luxury villas or five-star hotels.
• Training: Formal certification from a recognized butler program is strongly preferred or work in a well-known establishment.
• Expertise: Knowledge of formal dining service, wine, stewardship, and fine clothing/textile care.
• Discretion & Confidentiality: Absolute integrity and commitment to maintaining strict privacy.
• Professional Presence: Immaculate personal grooming, poise, and professional presentation at all times.
• Soft Skills: Calmness under pressure, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license.

We are seeking a professional and dedicated SPA Therapist to deliver body and relaxation treatments to our guests in accordance with SPA standards. The ideal candidate will maintain professionalism, cleanliness, and ensure a comfortable, safe, and satisfying spa experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver body and relaxation treatments to guests with attentive, professional, and friendly service.
• Prepare and maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms, equipment, and linens.
• Follow all service procedures according to the established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Ensure guest comfort, privacy, and satisfaction throughout the spa experience.
• Report to the SPA Supervisor any guest complaints, equipment issues, or supply shortages.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent, preferably in hospitality or beauty.
• At least 1–2 years of experience as a spa therapist or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of traditional and modern massage techniques.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with English skills as an advantage.
• Ability to maintain guest confidentiality and privacy.
• Good physical condition and stamina.
• Friendly, polite, disciplined, and able to work well in a team.
