NAMLEATHER is looking for a results-driven Ads Specialist to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. If you’re passionate about performance marketing and turning data into growth, we’d love to have you on our team!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and Conversion Rate.
• Manage advertising budgets to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
• Conduct audience, keyword, and competitor research.
• Perform A/B testing to improve ad performance.
• Collaborate with the Content Creator, Graphic Designer, and Website Specialist to develop effective ad campaigns.
• Analyze campaign results and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum SMK/Vocational High School graduate (Marketing, Multimedia, Business, or related field preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Advertising, Performance Marketing, or a similar role.
• Fresh graduates with relevant certifications or hands-on portfolio are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Familiar with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
• Experience in the retail, fashion, or e-commerce industry is a plus.

• Manage product listings, including descriptions, prices, images, variants, and stock.
• Upload new products and update product information accurately.
• Monitor website traffic, sales, orders, and overall performance.
• Ensure product information and stock are synchronized with Warehouse and Data Entry.
• Coordinate with the Creative and Content teams for website content and promotional materials.
• Support digital campaigns through website banners, landing pages, and product pages.
• Monitor website analytics and identify opportunities to improve traffic and conversion.
• Check website functionality, pricing, links, and product pages regularly.
• Prepare website performance and sales reports.

JOB QUALIFICATION

• Minimum Diploma (D3)/Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Business, or related fields.
