HR OFFICER
QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR role.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment processes.
- Experienced in preparing and administering employment contracts.
- Basic understanding of Indonesian employment regulations and HR administration practices.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proactive, responsible, communicative, and willing to learn.
- Bali domicile is preferred.
