Requirements:
• Previous coffee-making and hospitality experience
• Confident communicating and conversing with customers
• Friendly, approachable and genuinely enjoys customer interaction
• Strong teamwork mindset
• Willing to contribute across all areas of the café, not just behind the coffee machine
• Reliable, positive and professional attitude
• Takes pride in both the coffee you make and the way you serve it
