Baristas
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare espresso-based drinks, manual brew, and basic non-coffee beverages
- Maintain cleanliness of bar area, equipment, and dining space
- Serve customers with speed, accuracy, and a positive attitude
- Restock ingredients and follow inventory routines
- Ensure consistency in taste, portion, and presentation
Requirements:
- Basic coffee knowledge (coffee types, espresso extraction, milk steaming)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Previous experience is a plus but not required
