- Prepare dough, shape, proof, and bake bread.
- Maintain consistent product quality and follow recipes.
- Manage daily production prep and keep the kitchen clean and organised.
BARISTA (ALL ROUNDER)
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages.
- Handle orders, payments, and customer service.
- Support daily shop operations, stock checks, and cleanliness.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
