ASSISTANT ROASTER
Key Responsibilities:
Roasting & Quality
• Weigh & Load. Prep green beans using exact profiles.
• Monitor: Track time and temp for batch consistency.
• Cupping Test. Assist with cuppings & sensory checks.
• Inspect: Grade roasted beans for defects and color.
Stock & Space
• Organize: Keep green and roasted storage tidy.
• Count: Help with weekly stocktakes and supply tracking.
Maintenance
• Clean and service roasters and grinders daily.
English communication skills are required.
