Social Media Assistant Manager (Full-Time)
📍 Location: Bali (on-site for the first 3 months, then hybrid)

We’re looking for a highly organized and creative Social Media Assistant Manager to support our daily operations. If you love writing, thrive in dynamic environments, and have a sharp eye for detail — this role is for you.
Your Role:
You’ll work closely with the Social Media Manager to keep projects running smoothly and creatively. Your daily responsibilities will include:
• Assisting with project management and task coordination
• Writing reports, updates, and briefings
• Managing daily task tracking and deadlines (Asana or ClickUp)
• Helping organize content, gather materials, and prepare posts
• Writing captions, copy, and short-form content for social media
• Supporting campaign planning and execution across platforms
• Monitoring content performance and sharing insights for improvement
Qualifications:
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Minimum 4 years of experience in social media, marketing, or project management
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience with Asana, ClickUp, or other project management tools
• Familiar with social media platforms and analytics tools
• A creative mindset and attention to detail
