We are looking for Sales & Reservation Staff
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, reservations, or customer service (hospitality or wellness industry is a plus)
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Confident in conducting online meetings and presentations
• Skilled in using Google Workspace and other digital tools
Job Desk:
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries via email, WhatsApp, OTA channels, and social media
• Conduct online meetings with potential guests, travel agents, and partners
• Manage reservations and update room availability across OTA platforms (e.g.,
Booking.com, Airbnb, TripAdvisor, etc.)
• Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities and potential clients
• Arrange activities and coordinate schedules based on guests’ retreat itineraries
• Maintain accurate booking data, payment tracking, and sales reports
• Liaise with operational teams to ensure guest needs are met
• Utilize Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) to manage administrative tasks efficiently
