ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Family Club Operations Manager, you will lead the daily operations of The Family Club, ensuring every family enjoys an outstanding experience across our café and playground.
You will build a positive team, improve daily operations, and help grow The Family Club from day one.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience managing a café, restaurant, hotel or similar business.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Positive, proactive and reliable.

Guest Experience
- Deliver an exceptional experience for every family.
- Maintain high service and quality standards.
Operations & Organisation
- Oversee the daily operations of The Family Club.
- Ensure the café and playground run smoothly every day.
- Manage stock, supplies and purchasing.
Team Leadership
- Lead, support and motivate the team.
- Organize staff schedules and daily operations.
- Help recruit and onboard new team members.
Events
- Coordinate birthdays, workshops and special events.
- Ensure every event meets The Family Club’s quality standards.
Waitress
Create a warm and welcoming experience for every family.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Waitress, you’ll help create a warm and welcoming experience for every family visiting
The Family Club.
You’ll provide friendly table service, serve food and drinks with care, and help keep our café clean, organized and ready to welcome guests.
You’ll enjoy working in a family-friendly environment alongside both children and parents.
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
- Friendly, positive and reliable.
- Organized and attentive to detail.
- Comfortable working with children and families.
- Basic English or Bahasa Indonesia.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Guest Experience
- Welcome every family with a smile.
- Recommend menu items and provide attentive service.
- Make every guest feel welcome.
Table Service
- Take orders and serve food and drinks.
- Keep tables clean and ready for new guests.
- Maintain a beautiful and welcoming café.
Daily Operations
- Prepare the café before opening.
- Refill supplies and support the team.
- Follow cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Barista & Kitchen Crew
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Barista & Kitchen Crew, you will prepare coffee, drinks and simple meals while maintaining high standards across our café.
You will receive training on all our recipes and preparation methods. Your role is to prepare every order with consistency. care and attention to detail.
You will also help keep the café clean, organized and ready to welcome families every day.
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience as a barista or kitchen crew is a plus. Training provided.
- Enjoys preparing food and drinks.
- Likes working in a fast-paced environment.
- Clean, reliable and detail-oriented.
- Positive team player.
- Speaks basic English or Bahasa Indonesia.

Coffee & Drinks
- Prepare coffee and all café beverages.
- Follow recipes and quality standards.
- Keep the coffee station clean and organized.
Food Preparation
- Prepare sandwiches, toasties, crêpes and other simple menu items.
- Prepare ingredients before service.
- Follow recipes and maintain food quality and presentation.
Kitchen & Guest Experience
- Keep the kitchen and café clean and organized.
- Welcome guests with a friendly attitude.
- Work as a team to provide fast and excellent service.
