OPERATIONS MANAGER SCOOTER RENTAL
• KEROBOKAN, BALI
REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conversational English for communicating with customers
- Strong sales skills and the ability to close deals
- Recruit and dismiss employees
- Supervise and train two scooter delivery staff
- Experience working with CRM systems and Google Sheets
- Track and manage KPIs
- Ability to assess the technical condition of scooters
- Optimize internal processes and improve business efficiency
- Monitor the availability, technical condition, and cleanliness of the scooter fleet
- Work closely with the business owner to support the company’s growth

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
6 days per week
