QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar position.
• Ability to develop marketing and business development strategies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Target and results oriented.
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
• Fluency in English is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement the company’s marketing strategies.
• Develop new markets and maintain customer relationships.
• Lead and develop the marketing team.
• Analyze sales performance and develop improvement plans.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to achieve company goals.

Production Helper

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum education: high school diploma or vocational high school diploma or equivalent.
• Maximum age: 30 years old.
• Physically and mentally healthy.
• Disciplined, honest, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work in a production environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with the production process according to supervisor’s instructions.
• Prepare raw materials and work equipment.
• Assist with moving, organizing, and inspecting products.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
• Comply with company work procedures and occupational health and safety
  (K3)

Designer

Seeking a skilled Designer to join our team, specialising in handmade ceramic tableware. Collaborate with top restaurants and hotels to create custom designs and ensure quality production.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Creative, detail-oriented, and ready to innovate
• Degree or training in Product Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
• High proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Hands-on attitude

NICE TO HAVE:

• Knowledge of hospitality processes and product development
• Hands-on experience with 3D modelling and printing
• Comfortable using Al tools in the design workflow

Drafter

Seeking a detail-oriented Drafter to join our team, creating accurate technical drawings for handmade ceramic tableware. Work closely with the Design and Production teams to ensure drawings are precise, compliant, and production-ready.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) in Building Drafting, Product Design, Architecture or a related field
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Suite
• High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required)
• Experience with SketchUp, Rhino, or other 3D design software is an big advantage
• Proactive, critical-thinking, organized, and able to work toward targets
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments

NICE TO HAVE:

• Create technical drawings using Adobe Illustrator
• Revise technical drawings based on feedback from the Design team
• Ensure drawings comply with company standards and are production-ready
• Coordinate with the Design and Production teams throughout product development
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of files

General Cashier

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience as a General Cashier, Accounting Cashier, or in a similar position.
• Understanding of the basics of accounting, cash recording, and financial reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Accurate, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems is a plus).
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Honest, responsible, and highly ethical.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work toward targets and meet deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive, count, and safeguard the company’s cash and non-cash transactions.
• Accurately record all cash receipts and disbursements.
• Prepare and make bank deposits according to schedule.
• Reconcile daily cash balances with the accounting system.
• Ensure that all transactions are supported by complete and valid documentation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash reports.
• Coordinate with the Accounting and Finance teams regarding transaction recording.
