1. MAIN COOK

• Prepare and cook menu items to high standards
• Plan and create daily specials
• Manage kitchen operations and food quality
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety
• Lead and support the kitchen team

2. SECOND COOK

• Assist in preparing and cooking menu items
• Ensure consistent quality and portion control
• Support main cook in daily kitchen operations
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety
• Help manage stock and inventory

3. FOOD PREP PERSON

• Prepare ingredients and food items
• Portion and store ingredients properly
• Keep kitchen and work areas clean and organized
• Assist in receiving and storing deliveries
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
