Lead Villa Cleaner
We are looking for a female Lead Villa Cleaner for our villa complex in Seminyak.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cleaning villas and preparing breakfast for guests.
- Supervising and supporting other cleaners.
- Communicating with management in English.
- Receiving breakfast requests from guests and organizing ingredient purchases.
- Monitoring housekeeping quality and making sure villas are ready for guest arrivals.
- Helping organize daily work and solving operational issues.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years experience in villa housekeeping.
- Experience leading or supervising a team is an advantage.
- Good written and verbal English.
- Responsible, organized and able to make decisions independently.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp for daily communication.
LOCATION
Villa complex in Seminyak.
Living nearby is preferred.
WORKING HOURS
5-7 hours per day
6 days per week
Higher salary than a regular cleaner + BONUSES
